Advance Journal of Science and Research is an open access Quarterly (4 issue in a year) online international research journal that publishes paper with a double-blind peer review policy. The language of journal is English. The submitted article will be published after getting acceptance from the reviewer. The acceptance and rejection will be informed via email. The papers should be prepared as per guidelines and should be written in a scholarly style.

The aim of the Advance Journal of Science and Research is to provide a platform for exchanging ideas in new emerging trends in science and research. Advance Journal of Science and Research consider manuscripts that investigate evidence-based research to ensure knowledge and its effective use to enhance further research.

Advance Journal of Science and Research follows Open Access policy for publishing accepted manuscripts.   All articles published in Advance Journal of Science and Research are open access (OA), and they are made freely accessible online immediately upon publication, without subscription charges or registration barriers.

Authors of article published in Advance Journal of Science and Research are needed to sign the copyright agreement with the journal. However, the ‘open access’ policy implies that authors grant to any third party the right to use, reproduce or disseminate the article, provided that no substantive errors are introduced in the process, proper attribution of authorship and correct citation details are given, and that the bibliographic details are not modified. If the article is reproduced or disseminated in part, it must be clearly indicated.

Advance Journal of Science and Research operates peer-review process for the submitted manuscript. Peer review process is used to assess the quality of a manuscript before it is published. Independent researchers in the relevant research area assess submitted manuscripts for originality, validity and significance to help editors determine whether the manuscript should be published in their journal.

All manuscripts submitted to Advance Journal of Science and Research are reviewed firstly by journal’s editorial board member to ensure that manuscript should adhere to editorial policies, human & animal rights, and policies on conflict of interest. Further manuscript will be sent to experts for review, if pass the first step. Manuscripts should be evaluated by reviewer as per the following criteria: material is original and timely, study methods are appropriate, data are valid, writing is clear, conclusions are rational and supported by the data, information is important, and topic meet the interest of journal. From these basic criteria, the editor(s) review a paper’s eligibility for publication.

The existence of a manuscript under review is not revealed to anyone other than reviewers and editorial staff. Reviewers are required to maintain confidentiality about the manuscripts they review and must not reveal any information about a specific manuscript or its content to any third party without prior permission from the journal editor. Final decisions regarding manuscript publication are made within the Editorial Team. Submission of a manuscript to Advance Journal of Science and Research implies that all authors have read and agreed to its content and that the manuscript conforms to the journal’s policies.

Publication of research articles by Advance Journal of Science and Research is dependent primarily on their scientific validity and coherence as judged by our external expert editors and/or reviewers.

Requests for Permission to reproduce figures, tables or portions of articles originally published in Advance Journal of Science and Research can be obtained via the Editorial Office.

Conflict of Interest exists when an author (or the author’s institution), reviewer, or editor has monetary or personal associations with other persons or organizations that improperly manipulate (bias) his or her actions. The continuation of such associations does not essentially signify true conflict of interest. The possibility for conflict of interest can exist whether or not an individual deems that the association affects their decision. Financial associations (such as employment, stock ownership, consultancies, honoraria, patents, paid expert testimony) are the most easily identifiable conflicts of interest and the most likely to weaken the integrity of the journal, the authors, and as well as science itself.

1. Participants

Each Participants (authors, editors, peer reviewers, and editorial board members) concern in the peer-review and publication process must consider their conflicts of interest when executing their roles in the process of article review and publication and must reveal all associations that could be observed as potential conflicts of interest.

When authors submit any type of manuscript they are responsible for revealing all financial and personal associations that might bias or be seen to bias their work. Reviewers should be asked to report critique if the manuscript has conflicts of interest and misleads their opinions. Reviewers must reveal to editors any conflicts of interest that could bias their decision of the manuscript, and should abstain themselves from reviewing specific manuscripts if the potential for bias exists. Editors and Editorial staff must not use any information gained during working with manuscripts for private gain. Editors should publish regular disclosure statements about potential conflicts of interests related to the commitments of journal staff.

2. Reporting Conflicts of Interest

Manuscript should be published with statements or supporting documents, declaring:

  • Authors’ conflicts of interest;
  • Sources of support for the work or a statement declaring that the supporting source had no such involvement; and
  • Whether the authors had access to the study data, with an explanation of the nature and scope of access, including whether access is on-going.
